1. Information We Collect

When you sign up, we collect business and contact information you provide (name, email, phone, business name, billing details). When the service is running, we process lead data generated by your ad campaigns — names, emails, phone numbers, and conversation transcripts — to deliver the AI follow-up and booking functionality on your behalf.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: (a) deliver and operate the service, (b) communicate with you about your account, (c) process payments, (d) improve our AI systems and product, and (e) comply with legal obligations. Lead data is used solely to perform the contracted service on your behalf — we do not sell, rent, or share lead data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

3. Sharing With Service Providers

We work with trusted infrastructure providers to deliver the service, including: payment processors (Stripe), advertising platforms (Meta), telephony/SMS providers (Twilio or equivalent), email providers, AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, and others), CRM and automation platforms (GoHighLevel), and hosting providers (Vercel). Each provider receives only the data necessary to perform their function and is bound by contractual data-protection obligations.

4. Lead Data Ownership

Leads generated by your campaigns belong to you. We process them as your service provider. You can export your lead list at any time from your dashboard. After cancellation, we provide a one-time export on request, and lead data is deleted from our active systems within 30 days (subject to legal retention requirements).

5. Data Retention

Account and billing records are retained for the duration of your subscription and for up to 7 years after cancellation as required by tax and accounting regulations. Lead conversation logs are retained for 90 days for service quality and dispute resolution, after which they are anonymized or deleted. You can request earlier deletion of your data by emailing support@growthfusionai.com.

6. Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses minimal cookies for essential functionality (authentication, billing flow) and aggregated analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on growthfusionai.com. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), encryption at rest for sensitive data, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. No system is perfectly secure; in the event of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal data. You can exercise these rights by emailing support@growthfusionai.com. If you are in the EU/UK, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

9. International Transfers

Our infrastructure and service providers may be located in the United States and other countries. By using the service, you consent to the transfer of your information to jurisdictions that may have different data-protection rules than your own.

10. Children's Privacy

The service is intended for businesses and is not directed at individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and posted here with a revised "Last updated" date.
