Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview
Because Growth Fusion AI is a service (not a physical product), our refund approach is structured around the lifecycle of your subscription: setup fee, free first month, and ongoing monthly subscription with metered usage.
2. $97 Setup Fee
The one-time $97 setup fee covers the team time spent building your landing page, ad creative, AI scripts, and CRM configuration during the 7-day launch window. The setup fee is non-refundable once we have begun the build process (typically at the conclusion of your onboarding call). If you cancel before your onboarding call, the setup fee is fully refundable within 14 days.
3. Free First Month
Month 1 of the subscription is included at no cost. There is nothing to refund for Month 1. Usage charges incurred during Month 1 (AI calls, SMS, email) are billed at cost and are non-refundable.
4. Monthly Subscription ($397/mo, Month 2 Onward)
The monthly subscription is billed in advance. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for the partial month following cancellation — you retain access until the end of the period you paid for.
5. Usage Charges (AI calls, SMS, email)
Usage is metered at cost and billed monthly. Once an AI call has been placed, an SMS has been sent, or an email has been delivered, the associated usage charge is final and non-refundable. We make every cent of usage visible in your dashboard in real time so there are no surprises.
6. Advertising Spend
Advertising spend goes directly from your payment method to Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — it is not Growth Fusion AI revenue. Refunds for ad spend, if applicable, are governed by Meta's advertising policies, not by Growth Fusion AI.
7. Service Level Guarantee — 7-Day Launch
If we fail to deliver your live system within 7 business days of your onboarding call, each additional business day reduces your first paid month (Month 2) proportionally until your system is live. This is built into the service — no claim form required.
8. Cancellation
Cancel anytime from your dashboard with no contract obligation, penalty, or required call. Upon cancellation: (a) your subscription ends at the end of the current billing period, (b) access to the landing page, CRM, AI agents, ad creative, and automations ends, and (c) we provide a one-time export of your lead list on request. Leads generated during your active subscription remain yours forever.
9. Disputes & Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact billing@growthfusionai.com before initiating a chargeback. We resolve legitimate billing issues quickly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in immediate suspension of service.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. Active subscribers will be notified by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
