Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview
Because Growth Fusion AI is a service (not a physical product), our refund approach is structured around the lifecycle of your subscription: free setup, a 30-day money-back guarantee, and an ongoing monthly subscription with metered usage. Outside the 30-day money-back guarantee described below, all fees — subscription and metered usage — are non-refundable.
2. Free Setup
There is no setup fee. Growth Fusion AI builds your landing page, ad creative, AI scripts, and CRM configuration at no upfront cost during the 7-day launch window. You only begin paying the $397/month subscription once you sign up — there is nothing to refund for setup because nothing is charged for it.
3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Your first 30 days are backed by a money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your subscription, email support@growthfusionai.com for a full refund of your subscription fee. Metered usage already incurred (AI calls, SMS, and email, billed at cost) and advertising spend paid to Meta are excluded from the refund, as these are hard costs already spent on your behalf.
4. Monthly Subscription ($397/mo)
The $397/month subscription is billed in advance, starting at signup. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period. We operate a no-refund policy outside the 30-day money-back guarantee: once your first 30 days have passed, the subscription is non-refundable, and we do not issue refunds — full or partial — for any subscription payment already made, nor do we pro-rate the final month following cancellation. You retain access until the end of the period you paid for.
5. Usage Charges (AI calls, SMS, email)
Usage is metered at cost and billed monthly. Once an AI call has been placed, an SMS has been sent, or an email has been delivered, the associated usage charge is final and non-refundable. We make every cent of usage visible in your dashboard in real time so there are no surprises.
6. Advertising Spend
You are solely responsible for paying your own Facebook and Instagram advertising spend. We run your ads inside your own Meta ad account, and Meta bills that spend directly to the card on your account — it never passes through Growth Fusion AI and is not our revenue. We have no control over Meta's billing, and we are not responsible for obtaining, chasing, or guaranteeing any refund of ad spend from Meta. Ad spend is non-refundable by Growth Fusion AI under all circumstances.
7. Service Level Guarantee — 7-Day Launch
If we fail to deliver your live system within 7 business days of your onboarding call, each additional business day reduces your first month's subscription proportionally until your system is live. This is built into the service — no claim form required.
8. Cancellation
Cancel anytime from your dashboard with no contract obligation, penalty, or required call. Upon cancellation: (a) your subscription ends at the end of the current billing period, (b) access to the landing page, CRM, AI agents, ad creative, and automations ends, and (c) we provide a one-time export of your lead list on request. Leads generated during your active subscription remain yours forever.
9. No-Dispute Policy
By using our services, you agree not to file any payment dispute or chargeback against Growth Fusion AI. If you have a billing concern, contact support@growthfusionai.com first and we will resolve any legitimate issue quickly. Filing a dispute or chargeback is a breach of these terms and will result in immediate suspension of your service. You further agree that we may recover the disputed amount in full, together with any costs, fees, and damages we incur in responding to or contesting the dispute.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. Active subscribers will be notified by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
